I'm sorry you didn't think a card was attached, however the card is exactly how you typed it, it prints with the delivery ticket from the website. If the recipient opens the part that there name & address is typed on, the message is there, it opens like a book. The card read Happy Easter! Love you! I did notice when checking on this that you did not sign the card and sender info is not included unless you sign the card for confidentiality reasons. Some people don't realize they didn't sign there name to the message. Hope this clears up what happened and we are glad you loved the flowers.

We are glad you liked the lantern arrangement. You can always call the store and request a picture of the arrangement or to pick a specific lantern saying. The lanterns come in and leave the store so quickly that we can't keep all the options on the website. They are often back ordered for months so we never know what ones we will have in stock. I ordered 2 different tropical bouquets for my staff at SPGS Cafe, they were absolutely stunning! Even the secretary said these are seriously the most beautiful flowers I have seen, and she has seen a lot of bouquets come through the office! I will be ordering again!

I have purchased items from this flower shoppe and everything and everyone was great. I also received a floral piece as a Christmas gift from here before Christmas and it is still living. I followed the instructions on how to care for the item and the flowers are still alive today.
I highly recommended this floral shop. Employees are very nice, knowledge and friendly and willing to help.
